Product Description
Polyurethane biological fillers are sponge porous fillers modified by polyurethane sponges. The mechanical properties and chemical stability of polyurethane sponges are improved by compounding polyurethane materials with nanoparticles.
It has the advantages of high porosity, good wear resistance, good hydrophilicity, high microbial adhesion rate and so on.
Characteristics of polyurethane fillers
- The specific surface area of the filler is large, and the microbial flora can propagate and grow rapidly on its surface to form a biofilm to avoid the loss of microflora with slow propagation speed and low yield.
- Improve the treatment efficiency of biochemical system and the stability of biochemical pool.
- Reduce the impact on microflora.
- It enhances the tolerance of the system to load, material shock, pH and temperature changes.
- Reduce the production of excess sludge.
