At present, MBBR process has become a mature sewage treatment process. Like activated sludge process, MBBR process makes full use of the whole reaction tank to support biomass growth. This paper mainly describes the parameters of biological fluidized bed packing.
Active biological suspension packing (fluidized bed packing) is a new type of bioactive carrier, which adopts scientific formula and fuses different kinds of trace elements which are beneficial to the rapid attachment and growth of microorganisms in polymer materials according to the requirements of different water quality. it is modified and constructed by special process.
It has the advantages of large specific surface area, good hydrophilicity, good fluidity, high biological activity, easy to hang film, good treatment effect, long service life and so on.

II. Product technology core.

The outer membrane of the filler has strong fast renewal activity, the internal membrane is fully protected, and the microbial growth state is good, which changes the external growth mode of the traditional filler and makes the microbial degradation efficiency higher.
The special structure makes the air bubbles and pollutants in the water pass through the packing freely, which increases the contact probability between the biofilm and oxygen pollutants, greatly improves the mass transfer efficiency of the system and improves the biodegradation activity.
The biological flora in the filler has a long life cycle and rich bacteria, which is especially suitable for the growth of nitrifying bacteria, and has the characteristics of anaerobic and aerobic, and the effect of nitrification and denitrification is obvious.
(2) large specific surface area and high attachment biomass of fillers.
The surface area of the carrier is large enough for the adsorption and growth of microorganisms, with high effective biological concentration and strong treatment capacity.
With the higher biological concentration, the fluctuation of the incoming water quality is fully dispersed and rapidly reduced, thus improving the anti-impact load capacity of the system.
The scientific formula makes it easier for microorganisms to adhere to the fillers, which makes the microorganisms that are difficult to degrade and easy to degrade grow together, enrich the biology, and improve the treatment effect of refractory organics.
(3) No support, easy fluidization and energy saving.
Appropriate specific gravity (0.97 to 0.98 before hanging membrane.
After hanging the membrane, the filler is in the floating state when the air is stopped, and the aeration is in the suspended fluidization state, which reduces the energy consumption to the maximum extent.
The packing can rotate freely, increase the impact and cutting of bubbles in water, break large bubbles, prolong the residence time in water, increase the utilization rate of oxygen by more than 10%, and effectively reduce the energy consumption of supply and tension.
(4) to save land and improve the handling capacity and effect by increasing the filling rate, without the need for new structures.
The biofilm process of active biological fillers only needs to increase the amount of fillers on the basis of the original tank to meet the needs of increasing the influent load or improving the effluent quality. there is no need to add a new treatment tank, which can save an area of 1x2x3x4 compared with the same period last year.
III. Advantages of engineering application.
Efficient decarbonization ability and superior ammonia nitrogen removal effect.
Suspended fillers provide a safe and comfortable environment for the mass propagation of dominant biological flora, which enhances their ability to degrade organic compounds in wastewater. at the same time, the rich types of biological bacteria on the carrier increase the degradability of refractory organic compounds and improve the quality of effluent.
At the same time, the biofilm sludge on the carrier has a long age, which increases the concentration of nitrifying bacteria and the ability of nitrification and denitrification.
Through a large number of comparative tests and engineering applications, it is proved that this filler is indeed more effective than other products and processes in decarbonization and ammonia nitrogen removal. In one experiment, we used activated sludge method, fixed bed (D25 honeycomb packing), contact oxidation (φ 150 composite packing), moving bed (φ 25 multi-sided hollow ball) and moving bed (φ 25 suspended packing) to treat septic tank water synchronously.
Enter the water COD150~200mg/L,NH3-N100~130mg/L.
The effective pool dissolves the same, in which the filling rate of two kinds of suspended fillers is 40%, the filling rate of fixed bed and contact oxidation tank is 70%, and except for activated sludge method, the other four methods are not used for sludge reflux.
