Principle of automatic dosing device

The dosing volume and dosing pressure of the dosing device can be selected according to the needs of the industrial process, and a suitable metering pump can be selected. Suitable products can be selected from the range of flow rate from 1L/h to 8000L/h and pressure from 0.1MPa to 25MPa.

The metering accuracy of the metering pump can be as high as ±1%, and it can realize the simultaneous delivery of multiple media and adjust them individually.

The volume of the solution tank in the dosing device can be as small as 0.1m3 to 20m3, which can be selected according to the amount of dosing. According to the different conveying media, there are many materials to choose from, such as carbon steel (carbon steel lined with rubber), stainless steel, Non-metallic materials (PE, PVC, PP, PTFE), etc.

Application field of automatic dosing device

The dosing device is a complete set of devices that inject chemical liquid into the system according to the process flow. The devices can be divided into three categories according to the application occasions.

  1. Oilfield dosing device. It is mainly used to inject flocculants, scale inhibitors, corrosion inhibitors, demulsifiers and other liquid medicines into the wellhead and other systems on the platform during oil exploitation.
  2. Boiler dosing device. It can be used to add ammonia and hydrazine to boiler feed water, add ammonia and hydrazine to condensate water, add ammonia and add hydrazine to boiler shutdown protection, and add phosphate to steam boilers. It is mainly used in power plants and power stations.
  3. Water treatment dosing device. Add medicine to tap water, waste water and sewage during water treatment. Mainly used for water supply and drainage treatment, environmental protection and other technological processes. Such as waterworks, hotels, restaurants, swimming pools, sewage treatment plants, etc.

Precautions for selection of automatic dosing device

  1. When the user selects the dosing device, the amount of solution to be added is determined according to the needs of the system.

Determine the selection specifications (including metering pump parameters, mixing tank volume, solution tank volume and site conditions), and determine the dosing method according to the dosing situation (generally adopt the method of “one opening and one preparation” or more openings and one preparation);

  1. Select the material of each part of the dosing device (stainless steel, carbon steel, non-metallic material), the type of metering pump (diaphragm pump, plunger pump) or the parameters of the dosing agent (name, concentration, temperature, density, viscosity, corrosiveness, etc.);
