Dissolved Air Flotation(DAF) System

Product description

DAF separators efficiently separate suspended solids, fats, oils and greases from liquids by dissolved air flotation. Flotation of solids is accomplished by introducing tiny air bubbles into the process water. As the bubbles rise, they attach themselves to the suspended particles and bring them to the surface for removal.

Working Process

The sewage treatment pump lift the waste water into the DAF, and mix with micro bubbles of thecontainer, which makes the suspended solids float to the water surface, then scraped by the skim-mer to the outlet;

Heavy particles flow through the inclined plate settling zone, settling to the bottom of the sedimentdevice, and discharged to the sludge tank through the pipeline, then do subsequent processing, andthe Clarified purified water will be discharge by the equipment center tube.

Besides, Our DAF unit designs utilize parallel plate packing material (e.g. lamellas) to provide moreseparation surface, therefore to enhance the separation efficiency of the machine.
