To use MBBR technology in water treatment projects, the following steps need to be followed:
Design the MBR unit and calculate the appropriate size and volume. The size and volume of the MBR unit needs to be calculated based on the volume of water to be treated, the concentration of pollutants and the growth rate of suspended organisms.
Prepare the equipment required for MBBR technology. Including MBR unit, pump, sludge agitator, filter membrane and cleaning equipment, etc.
Install the MBR device. Install the MBR device in the water treatment system and connect all equipment.
Introduce suspended organisms. Suspended organisms are introduced into the MBR device, given appropriate substrates and nutrients, so that they can grow rapidly.
For water treatment. The water to be treated is introduced into the MBR device, and the water is purified through the biological reaction of suspended organisms.
Wash the filter membrane. Regularly clean the filter membrane inside the MBR device to ensure the smoothness of the filter membrane and ensure the efficiency of water treatment.
Monitor water quality. Through regular monitoring of water quality, understand the effect of water treatment and make adjustments to the water treatment process.
